A multinational bakery product manufacturing company came to us and requested a logo and infographic to visually represent the transformation and growth project that was launching throughout the organization. The initiative was called Denali after the highest mountain in North America.

The infographic includes the six main areas of focus: brand growth acceleration, commercial excellence, profitable non-branded business, optimized supply chain, next generation DSD (direct store delivery), and world-class support. This initiative is also grounded in safety, diversity, equity & belonging, talent development, and E4 behaviors.

The goal of the infographic is to show these main areas of focus as all connected, backed by the idea of growth.
